प्लास्टिकबंदीविषयी प्रबोधन मोहीम हवी

  लोकांना प्लास्टिक वापराची नित्य सवय एवढी अंगवळणी पडली आहे की इतर १६-१७ राज्यातील प्लास्टिकबंदीप्रमाणे महाराष्ट्रातही प्लास्टिक आणि थर्माकोलवरील बंदीचा फज्जाच  उडणार का अशी पर्यावरणवाद्यांची साशंकता आहे.  दुसरीकडे या  बंदीमुळे सामान्य लोकांमध्ये कमालीचे गोंधळाचे वातावरण निर्माण झाले आहे. नक्की कोणत्या प्रकारच्या प्लास्टिक वस्तूंवर बंदी आहे  ,  शिक्षेच्या काय तरतुदी आहेत ,  बंदीच्या आदेशाचे नेमके काय अर्थ आणि कायदेशीर परिणाम आहेत  इत्यादी विषयांबाबत जनजागृती करणे हे प्रशासनाचे कर्तव्य आहे. आधार कार्ड योजना ,  नोटबंदी इत्यादी विषयावर केंद्र शासनाने विविध प्रसिद्धी योजना राबवून जनतेला विश्वासात घ्यायचा स्तुत्य प्रयत्न केला होता.  त्याचे अनुकरण करण्याची इच्छाशक्ती महाराष्ट्र शासनाकडे  का दिसून येत नाही ?   दंडात्मक तरतुदींविषयी जनतेला जाणीव न देता थेट पोलिसी खाका वापरला गेल्यास असंतोष माजू शकतो.  बंदीच्या अंमलबजावणीत पोलीस आणि महापालिकेकडे महत्वाची भूमिका आहे. काही स्वयंसेवी संस्था आणि मुख्यमंत्रांच्या   सुविद्य पत्नी यांनी  पुढाकार घेऊन नद्या वाचविण्यासंबंधी चित्रफित तयार केली त्या

Serious Greivance regarding a decision changing pattern of law exams

As per a decision taken by the University of Mumbai, only the last year examinations of three year and five year law courses will be conducted and assessed by the University. This implies that from now onwards all exams conducted, except the last year’s, will be assessed by the college to which the student belongs. This decision has been questioned on several grounds. Certain important issues this decision has conveniently failed to address are- 1.    The question papers will be set by the University. However they will be assessed by the colleges. Here, there is a possibility of tempting the staff monetarily for personal gain. It is very disheartening that the University has conveniently neglected taking into account such illegal methods like monetary temptation to pass a course while making this decision. Never too old to be young....!!!

Is it only me or even others had started thinking about process of aging at the age of 21? I am at such an age where a person starts speculating major decisions of life such as career options, relationship choices, your compatibility with your friends and many other things. My mother believes that how much ever one tries to hide his/her age, the skin gives away. I am a petite women, which I perceive as a boon when it comes to staying and looking young. I realised over a period of time that what my mother used to say is more than right. Skin does give away with time and starts showing signs of aging. At the age of 20, I was diagnosed with Computer Vision Syndrome , since I work a lot with Computers, Lap-tops for German Translation work. I was asked to put eye-drops that hydrate eyes, wash eyes with cold water. Even after that my eyes have burning sensation, dryness by the end of the day.
